Cranberry Honey Salad Dressing

 

Cranberry Honey Salad Dressing

2 tbsp. Brassica Cranberry Honey Mustard
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
fresh garden greens, rinsed
fresh cherry tomatoes, halved

Combine Brassica Cranberry Honey Mustard, vinegar, oil and seasoning in a small jar or plastic container. Seal container with lid and shake vigorously.
Pour desired amount of dressing over greens and toss. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
Dressing will keep refrigerated for three weeks.
